If you find animal training, falconry, or are generally just a fan of animal related content, then keep an eye out for future videos showing the training and general life with these birds!
Set in the countryside of Derbyshire, we provide a range of bird of prey experiences for all to enjoy. Our experience sessions allow people to get a hands on, up close, encounter with the birds while flying and handling them.
We also provide flying displays to a range of events such as The British Falconry and Raptor Fair. Our aim is to provide people with an educational experience that is enjoyable and shows these magnificent birds the respect they deserve.

EAGLE FALCONRY
The literal definition of falconry is the art of hunting quarry with a trained bird of prey, but its so much more than that. Ask any falconer and you quickly learn it’s a way of life, a deep connection to nature, a window into the ancient relationship between predator and prey. Falconry itself is an ancient practice, the current estimate is that the art is 4000 years old placing it in the bronze age, for context, around the same time, we had only just discovered that our own bodies contain organs like the heart, triangles where being studied for the construction of the pyramids, and the number 0 didn’t even exist. I have a dove.....a pigeon from Brooklyn named peanut and he suits me fine.
This was an amazing film thank you. When I was 9 years old (many years ago I found an injured Rook) saved it, fed it up and he never left me. Where I live we have lots of Common Buzzards who fly at times with Red Kites. I can't wait to see more.
I wish we can tame this like Assasin Creed Egals
Owl or falcon
Was designed to putting my interest in falconry on the back burner , but have made the decision to start. Currently re watching your ( and other vids) reading books and ordering more, have plans for my mews.but taking it slow to get these things done first and accumulate the necessary kit , hopefully be looking to get my first hawk in about a year . Just wanted to thank you ( and others online like Dave Sharp etc for their time and resources) you are never too old to learn ( even from those younger than yourself).. Well done and thank you.

In your country, is it illegal to keep peregrines or falcons? In Indonesia, we don't dare.
What do you do with you birds of prey if not hunt? Don't mean for this to be rude or offensive, just curious as to what falconers do with their birds if not to hunt game
All of my birds work in displays and experiences as ambassadors to teach the public about the conservation of birds of prey

My house is similar to a barn. I have a dog. I'm thinking the simplest way to attract barn owls would be to make roosts.Are there any simple tricks aside from that to attract them? For example, would they show any interest in a dead rodent? How to get them to not care about a dog?...
